Refund Policy

1. Return & Exchange Window

Items can be returned or exchanged within [7/10/14] days from the date of delivery.


Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or exchange.


2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:


The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.


All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the garment.


The item must be free from any stains (including makeup or sweat), scents, or signs of wear.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:


Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear.


Accessories (socks, masks, etc.).


Custom-made or personalized garments.


Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or "Clearance" event.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection.


Upon approval, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit. We will contact you for your bank details once the return is approved.


5. Exchanges

If you have a sizing issue or wish to exchange for a different color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size is out of stock, we will process a refund or offer store credit.
